Invest in training and education (Our employees, our sales agents and the marketplace):

 - We continuously develop literature, web programs and tools to provide guidance on sustainable and energy efficient approached to lighting.
 - We provide courses in our DCO Lighting Institute which are intended to educate owners and facility managers on how lighting improvements can impact their operational and capital budgets. All applications have basic lighting design needs that can be addressed with properly designed and integrated state-of-the-art technologies.

By adhering to the LEED guidelines, the original design of the DCO Lighting Institute located in our headquarters in Tupelo, MS, was improved in the following significant areas:
 - 40% reduction of water use within the building
 - 35% reduction of lighting power in addition to proper use of daylight sensors and motion sensors
 - 90% of equipment is Energy Star rated
 - 55% of materials used in the project were manufactured within 500 miles
 - Low emitting (low VOC content) adhesive, paints, and carpets were used

We will develop a comprehensive strategy for community involvement in the location where our plants reside
We will develop a comprehensive strategy to network our company within the following organizations:
